These can be used to automatically generate letters, faxes and emails direct to the contacts logged against the site, or one off correspondence. This produces a clear and readily available audit trail when reviewing sites for progress.
1.4Global Contact Address Books - ATLAS produces a Global Address Book across a number of sites and projects for distribution throughout a company, intranet and Outlook address books. Contact details are continually updated as the sites and projects progress, ensuring a high level of data integrity.
