1.1ATLAS will track key financial milestones to ensure both expense and income on specific sites are tracked and monitored. Direct or dataload links to third party accounts packages such as Sage or Quickbooks ensure accurate and timely invoicing on sites within 1 or multiple projects.
1.2Sales Ledger and Client Purchase Orders - contracts are reviewed and billing definitions identified for major and minor project milestones. Upon receipt of a full or stage instruction on a site, sales orders are logged against specific sites. Each purchase order number will remain open and live until it is used either on a corresponding invoice, or cancelled from the site. Reports track unused purchase orders to ensure complete cost capture on any project.
1.3Corresponding site expenditure is also closely monitored and tracked. ATLAS ensures all project expenditure is allocated to current operations, and all relevant expenditure is recharged unless specifically excluded. The easy to use Purchase Order Module ensures orders are raised only on current sites, with the correct approval and authorisation.
